Microsoft has received reports of issues affecting some printing devices following installation of this update. Symptoms observed may include duplicate copies of printers installed on a device commonly with a similar name and the suffix "Copy1" , and applications which refer to the printer by a specific name cannot print.

Normal printer usage might be interrupted, resulting in failure of printing operations. If so, this printer can be used normally, and other copies of the printer can be removed.

If the issue persists, update the print driver for your device. For guidance, see Install the latest driver for your printer. If you are still having issues, uninstalling and reinstalling your printer should solve the issue.

My computer was completely trashed when I took a cumulative update on July After working with Microsoft support for 4 hours and NOT getting my problem fixed, the Microsoft support person told me that Windows 11 is buggy at best, and he does not use it and recommended I do not take any more updates.

This was a Microsoft support person. I finally after 4 days of trial and error called Dell my computer manufacturer and they reset my whole system, and got me back working again. Luckily I do backups. I have since turned off or at least paused updates for now. I have many different Dell models and I don't have any issue with any of the Windows 10 or Windows 11 Builds. I have all different Public and Insider builds at the latest update level without any major issues.

What scares me is the response I got from Microsoft Support. Seems they don't even believe in there own product. I did support both stateside and internationally for over 20 years. First, You never give up on a customer. Second, you never never ever put down your product to a customer no matter how frustrated you are.

That is usually not necessarily a trait of a bad support person but a frustrated one, usually caused by bad management. One thing to keep in mind that these personnel don't work as full time Microsoft employees, rather they are outside vendors and subcontractors.

They really are not "Microsoft". I completed the windows update. But had something problem when I open the website the screen cannot control move the mouse no respond. Keep a long time.
